Super moisturising
I am absolutely over the moon with this Cetaphil cleanser. The recipe has been improved and I really recommend this for sensitive skin.
This bottle comes with 236ml included and only a small amount it needed to run into your skin to feel any benefit. This bottle is aimed for normal to dry sensitive skin. I really enjoy how this makes my hands feel after use. I offer get dry skin and this has really helped to remove it and add moisture to my hands again.
The cream is fragrance free so it can be used on any type of sensitive skin without causing irritation.
I would highly recommend this if your are struggling with any sensitive skin.

Amazing
When I first used this cleanser I wasn’t sure about it. It didn’t have a fragrance or smell to it like most cleansers I’ve used before and I associate the smell of a cleanser with the active ingredients in it. After using it for 2 weeks I can honestly say my first impression was wrong!! The cleanser has visibly reduced the appearance of a dark patch of skin I have on my forehead and I’m totally amazed by it. I’ve tried all sorts of different products to try to lighten the discolouration and spent fortunes on them so to have a cleanser reduce the noticability so much is great, I’ll definitely be buying more, when I find out what it is :)

Everyday cleansing
I used the cleanser without water, as this tends to leave my skin tight and shiny. I found it quite thin and grainy, but it worked well removing my makeup, though I had to go over my eyes a few times.
My skin felt good after use, except where I have dry patches. These areas felt drier after use, so I went very gently and used extra moisturiser.
Post use my pores look reduced and the tone is better, firmer. My skin feels so soft, and overall the texture is better. I’d certainly carry on using this, especially if it’s a good price, but with the proviso of using extra moisturiser. And I’d definitely recommend to friends x

Rich soft and clean cleanser
I received my first cleanser trial to use for 2 weeks. At first after using the cleanser for a few day my skin started to dry up. So I thought instead of using the cleanser everyday I will try it every other day and I was so impressed with the change of the routine, the blemishes at the bottom of my face really dried up and my skin felt so soft. The product I would recommend to people, I would not use daily but every other day, my skin is sensitive so I think this is why the product dried up my skin when using every day. The cleanser feels so rich on your face and makes your skin feel nice and soft once washed off.

No longer gentle
Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser used to great for people with very sensitive skin and eczema. Could be used on the face and in the shower and left the skin feeling great, then they changed the formula. This left my skin red and sore. Why add Panthenol and B3? People with sensitive skin are known to react to these ingredients. Can only think this was a decision to turn this into more of a 'beauty' product. Such a shame the old formula couldn't be retained and then introduce this version, if they wanted to, with a different name.

Perfect for my combination skin.
I love Cetaphil’s range of products and have been using them since a late teen and am now approaching 26. Having combination skin a lot of cleansers and washes leave my skin feeling really clean but with several dry patches unless a moisturiser is used afterwards. What I love about this product is that it can not only be used on the face but also the rest of your body so it’s perfect to use whilst in the shower or bath as means you’re tackling all areas but with just one multifunctional product. I don’t feel personally that a moisturiser is needed afterwards however on colder mornings I do have the matching lotion.

Gentle with my skin
The cleanser is very gentle with my skin from the first use. It has a milky thin texture and absolutely no scent and once applied on the skin it feels like a lotion because it don't foam at all. I can feel how clean and soft my skin feels after removing the cleanser with warm water and honesty I'm very impressed. No tight feelings at all and in fact the skin feels very hydrated like I've already applied a light moisturiser on top. Very impressive cleanser to be honest, to also mention the size of the tube too probably lasting more than 1 month taking into consideration that we are a household of 4 using it daily.

The new formula
I am extremely disappointed with the new formuao. I have been using this cetaphil cleaners for 5 years I started off with awful painful sensitive acne and my skin is the clearest it has ever been with the occasional break out around time of month. The new formula has made my skin red, spotty and very congested and I’ve been trying it for 3 weeks to really give it a shot. Cetaphil please bring back your old formula for those people who are extremely sensitive. I’m petrified now as I’m going to have to look for a new cleanser and I don’t even know where to start.
